Miso Honey Salmon
Cooking fresh, seasonal carrots with butter and apple cider brings out their natural sweetness. This dish is perfect for a weekday meal or for any special meal and holidays! It tastes even better the next day.
12 oz [340 g] Wild Atlantic Salmon
1 Tbsp [15 g] White Miso
1 Juice of 1 orange (2-5/8" dia) [86 g] Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 tsp [7.1 g] Honey
1 tsp [2 g] Ginger
0.5 Tbsp [4.5 g] Sesame Seeds
Directions
1. In the meantime preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
In a small bowl whisk together the miso, honey, and orange juice until well blended.
Place the salmon on an oven safe sheet and pat dry. Spread the miso sauce over the salmon and allow to sit for 15 minutes before baking (or refrigerate overnight).
Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperate of the salmon reaches over 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Serve salmon warm.
