If you are reading this, you’ve realized your “unwellness” and lack of vitality are preventing you from leading the life you envision in your heart.
You’ve either tried several different treatments and are still not feeling well, or you’ve recently been diagnosed with a serious illness.
The common denominator?
You believe there is another way —that it is possible to feel better.
And you are committed to doing everything you can to support your body and mind in order to recover your health.
This has been one of the guiding principles of my clinical practice for over 35 years, helping thousands of people on their health journey.
Our process together begins with me learning everything I can about your total health picture!
One of the first steps we take is to optimize your body’s innate healing capacity and strengthen your inner connection to yourself.
Then, we begin the process of unraveling the metabolic, environmental, genetic, emotional and spiritual factors which have contributed to the development of your disease.
Just as it takes a while for illness to become present, recovering your health also takes time.
We need optimize your body’s innate healing capacity and strengthen your inner connection to itself.
I often say, “We need to pay attention to the clues!” Your body shows us these clues through testing, in your energy during the day, and how you respond to the protocols gathered to address your unique metabolic needs.
Your psyche reveals what she needs through your dreams at night.
It’s our job to listen carefully, to unravel the “why” and “how” of your illness—and then, together, create your path back to wellness.
What is “healthy”?
Most people don’t think about their health until they start to feel sick. The Western perspective of disease or injury is that “something has happened to you,” and medication or surgery will “fix” you.
It’s true, the busy modern life makes it more difficult to be healthy, but how do you define health?
Health is a noun, but it could also be a verb, as it takes active participation in the process of being healthy. Health is more than the absence of disease and it also takes active participation to recover your health.
Illness and disease can be a metaphor; why is it some people develop a thyroid condition in response to stress, when someone else develops colitis? How is it that one woman will have, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), while another woman will have an abnormal mammogram and be diagnosed with breast cancer?
If you are ill, one of the first steps to recover your health is to optimize your body’s innate healing capacity and strengthen your inner connection to yourself. In my more than 30 years of clinical practice, I’ve seen thatthere is also an important energetic basis for both disease and good health.

My approach to healing:
