Chia Seed Pudding
This is what I call a "healthy treat". It comes together very quickly and is perfect for a special occassion.
3 Tbsp organic chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Fresh blueberries or chopped nuts for the topping
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and chill in refrigerator until the pudding sets, about 30 minutes
Add topping as desired
