Chicken Sausage with Summer Vegetables

16 oz [454.4 g] Ground Chicken
1 dash [0.1 g] Black Pepper
1 Dash [1 g] Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tsp [2.1 g] Paprika
1 tsp [1.8 g] Red Pepper Flakes
0.5 tsp [0.35 g] Sage (Ground)
1 tsp [2.8 g] Garlic Powder
1 bundle [100 g] Asparagus (chopped)
1 medium [196 g] Yellow Summer Squash (chopped)
1 medium [196 g] Zucchini (chopped)
1 tbsp [14 g] Avocado Oil
1 tbsp [14.8 g] Water (optional - to prevent vegetables from
sticking to the pan)
Directions
Add the seasonings to the chicken and mix well. Let
the mixture marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes
(preferably overnight.)
Heat a pan with avocado oil on medium high heat.
Form ground chicken into patties (about 6).
Add patties to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on
each side , until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Remove patties from heat and add the asparagus, squash, zucchini and water to the pan.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes until vegetables are cooked to desired likeness. Serve warm with the
